Beneath the rage, beneath the hate and the shock, Stryfe was still a little aware, of what was happening. He could feel his armor being peeled back and he felt a blow that drove him to the ground and responded in kind, pushing outwards and sending rocks and trees and everything nearby not tethered down in that direction, and for a moment the hate and rage slowed down as he got his mind back into some kind of order.
